The common formula is max usable video memory + what you set in the Bios. For example, on my computer, the integrated video card actually pretends that it has 1631MB usable, I have set the graphic memory in the Bios to 128MB, so the total video memory is 1631MB + 128MB = 1759MB. But keep in mind that those numbers may vary from system to system. Remove the small coin like battery from the motherboard. Move the clr_cmos jumper from pins 1-2 to pins 2-3 for 15 seconds then return to pins 1-2. (the clr_cmos jumper is located next to the SATA connectors near the battery) Reinstall the battery, plug in the power cord and power on. If the system POSTs then enter the BIOS and load setup defaults.

However, arriving at the bios ram settings, there are sooo many different options that I do not understand or recognize just by the few settings given. I do understand the frequency and found that option but there are 3 different variations of the same speed of 7200 and I am not sure which one is correct:
So because it hasn't be tested with that certain ram, the axmp settings don't work in my case. And it booted up on the first go as soon as I applied changes in bios. After logging in, I tried to use the windows search bar to open up task manager and check the ram speeds in the performance tab, but the box that would pop up with all the
